1. About RewardHub. RewardHub is a UK wholesale price comparison platform. We aggregate and display pricing information from third-party wholesalers ("Vendors"). RewardHub is not a party to any transaction between you and a Vendor.
2. Price accuracy. Prices are refreshed regularly but may change on the Vendor's own site before our listing updates. Always confirm final pricing on the Vendor's checkout page.
3. Purchases. When you choose to buy a product, you will be redirected to the relevant Vendor's own website to complete your purchase. Your order, payment, delivery and any disputes are handled entirely by that Vendor under their own terms.
4. Subscriptions. Paid RewardHub plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your Subscription page.
5. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Vendor listings. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own product and pricing data. RewardHub moderates listings but does not guarantee their completeness.
7. Limitation of liability. RewardHub provides price comparison information "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed pricing or from transactions completed with a Vendor.
8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of RewardHub after changes constitutes acceptance.
